At Sun Coast Sea, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product that we sell. That’s why we offer a comprehensive, hassle-free return policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase; however, to keep our prices affordable, we limit returns to unopened and unused products that are returned within 10 days.

If you are unsatisfied with any product(s) you purchased from Sun Coast Sea and wish to return them, please follow the instructions below:

• Sun Coast Sea's return policy is valid for 10 days upon delivery acceptance.
• Customers may return products that are unopened with tags.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of acceptance.
• Eligible returns must be unused and in the same condition in which received.
• Eligible items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• A shipping label is required prior to sending your item back. Send an email to hello@suncoastsea.com to request your return label.

Additional Policy Notes:

*If a cancellation request is made Sun Coast Sea will attempt to cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase time. Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed after 4 hours.

• Sun Coast Sea reserves the right inspect damaged returns.
• Sun Coast Sea reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee.
• Restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.
• Sun Coast Sea is not liable for any items not returned in original condition or returned past 7 days after delivery.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs on “undamaged” items. Costs will be deducted from customer’s refund.
